What’s a “Typewriter Showroom”?

The Typewriter Showroom at New England Typewriter is more than just a place to drop off and pick up typewriter repairs, or purchase typewriters for sale. It’s an exhibition of all things “Typewriter”, where you can experience works by artists (visual, textual, musical) while learning a little something about typewriter history, as well as the current, global Typewriter Revolution.

Admire rare typewriters. Exchange personal typewriter stories. Discuss your favorite typewriters from movies—perhaps a classic playing on the in-house television?

Or, of course, belly up to a typewriter at one of our display stations…and type!
